Dr. Mykityshyn is the Executive Chairman and CEO of Tangible Security, a technology-enabled cyber security firm that serves both the federal government and commercial markets.

He has over 30 years of experience in the aviation, aerospace, defense, cyber, and National Security industries as a Naval Aviator, consultant, academic researcher, and operator. He has co-founded and managed three companies, including both venture capital and private equity funds that were focused on building technology companies that serve these industries.

He possesses a unique background derived from his experience and demonstrated performance in multiple business, academic, and military endeavors. At the nexus of his experience base is an expansive understanding of technology and the unique ability to make substantive intellectual contributions while applying that knowledge to private sector investment finance. His knowledge of network architectures and complex dynamic systems led to investment focus areas as a two-time fund manager that included cyber security, sensor / data analytics, command and control technologies, and Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance-related technologies. He also worked with NASA on the design of a Multifunction Electronic Display System that was implemented into the Space Shuttle fleet.

Dr. Mykityshyn served in the military as a Marine Corps officer and Naval Aviator. His civilian participation in military affairs included serving as the Chairman of the U.S. Army War College Board of Visitors, and as a member of or advisor to the Naval Research Advisory Committee, the Defense Science Board, the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board, and NASA’s Advisory Council. He is currently a Senior Fellow in the Center for Business and Public Policy at Georgetown University. He is also a member of The George Washington University’s Research Advisory Board, and a member of the National Advisory Council for its School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he earned his Doctorate in Systems Engineering, minor in Aerospace Engineering, from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also earned a Master’s degree from the Science, Technology & Public Policy Program at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, and the degrees of Engineer of and Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
J. Paul Hoppenjans is the Chief Financial Officer at Tangible Security where he oversees corporate finance and accounting functions including financial reporting, planning, and analysis.

He has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. Paul has held finance and accounting leadership roles at companies in several industries, including government contracting, bio pharmaceuticals, energy, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Tangible, Paul was Vice President of Finance and Administration/CFO at CSR, Incorporated, where he was responsible for managing the firm’s accounting, treasury, contracts, financial planning and analysis, and human resources functions. He previously served as Controller at 6K Systems, Inc. and TATC Consulting, Inc.; and as acting CFO, Controller, and Treasurer at Prestwick Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland. He also earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Investments from The George Washington University. He passed the CPA examination in 1986.
Mr. Swindle is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Federal Service Delivery where he is responsible for financial performance, service delivery and operations. He is tasked with providing management and budget oversight, technical and strategic direction for all Federal Programs. Mr. Swindle continues to posture Tangible as a thought leader in the realm of identity management, information assurance, and network security.

Mr. Swindle is an accomplished Executive with more than 40 years of in-depth experience in a multitude of Information Technology (IT) fields within a diverse group of industries and organizations. Mr. Swindle has an extensive background and understanding of information security, identity management, full life cycle software development, infrastructure, and operations for government and private industries.

Robert joined Tangible from EDS, where he served as Account Executive. In this capacity, he led and managed multi-million-dollar programs to include FedTraveler, Veterans Health Administration, Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI), and Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). Previously, he served as a Senior Manager on a number of projects at Raytheon for 15 years where he was responsible for software development, system modernization, and serving as a lead technologist. Prior to his work with the federal government, Robert worked in a variety industries during his career in the Information Technology field; starting in the manufacturing industry and moving to the government defense sector.

Robert graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science degree in Science and Technology. He served in the U.S. Army as a non-commissioned officer and served in Vietnam with the American Division 11th Infantry.

Ms. Gladden is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Service Delivery where she is responsible for financial performance, service delivery and operations.

Ms. Gladden has more than 23 years of experience in Line Management, Program/Project Management, Business Development, and Process Improvement in the areas of enterprise information technology, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and software development. Ms. Gladden is an expert in managing multidisciplinary teams in complex organizational, program, and project environments.

Prior to joining Tangible, Ms. Gladden held leadership positions at NetCentrics Corporation and MetroStar Systems and was an Assistant Vice President of Program Management at SAIC where she was responsible for managing multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives for the Department of State Vanguard 2.2.1 Enterprise Engineering Office; a managed line of business with an annual budget of $45 million.

Ms. Gladden received her M.B.A from The George Washington University and a B.S.B.A. in International Business from Georgetown University. She has been a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005 and a certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practitioner since 2009.
Ms. Parker is the Vice President of Operations at Tangible Security where she is responsible for the internal day to day operations. She is an innovative strategy, operations, and consulting leader and brings more than 13 years of experience working collaboratively with clients across government and commercial sectors. .

Her expertise is focused around business strategy and process improvement, financial modeling and reporting, account and complex program management, organizational change management, human resources, communications, and marketing.

Most recently, Ms. Parker was the Director of Operations and Controller at CPS Professional Services, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. As Director of Operations, Ms. Parker managed all aspect of the organization’s operations including Human Resources, Finance, Office Administration, Marketing, and Communication. As Controller, she managed the accounting operations to include production of financial reports, accounting transactions, and maintenance of Deltek, the company’s system of account records. Ms. Parker also implemented a comprehensive set of controls and budgets.

Prior to CPS, Ms. Parker held various leadership roles at IBM, including Program Management Office Leader and Operations Leader of several multi-billion dollar Government and Commercial business segments. She also provided consulting services to various Federal government clients in the areas of financial management, risk management, internal audit, financial reporting, process improvement, and change management. Additionally, Ms. Parker has significant experience managing complex programs and projects with employees and clients in geographically dispersed locations across multiple functional disciplines.

Ms. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Risk Management and graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
